The KFD exploit-based nekoJB is a semi-untethered jailbreak solution designed for iOS 15.0 – iOS 15.7.6 (arm64) running on iPhone 12 to iPhone 6S.

The NekoJB has two versions: an online version and a PC version. The online version is the easiest to use, while the PC version may be more challenging for new iOS users.

Therefore, we recommend using the NekoJB online version to install the Sileo package manager.

NekoJB is an open-source jailbreak tool, but its PC version doesn’t support A12+ chips, with the iPhone X being the latest compatible iPhone model.

  • Step 1: Download the Neko rootless tool from the zJailbreak store using Safari.
  • Step 2: Open the Neko Online app from your home screen.
  • Step 3: Tap “Jailbreak” to begin.
  • Step 4: After it finishes, you’ll see the NekoUtil app.
  • Step 5: Install your preferred app manager (Sileo, Zebra, or Cydia).

  • Step 1: Download and install TrollStore 2 on your device.
  • Step 2: Use the button below and download the NekoJB rootful iPA file.
  • Step 3: Open TrollStore, tap “+”, and install NekoJB IPA.
  • Step 4: Run Jailbreak: Open NekoJB, enable “Rootful” in settings if desired, tap “Jailbreak,” choose a package manager (e.g., Cydia, Sileo), and wait for completion.

Cydia 2 – NekoJB Alternative

Cydia 2 is a top alternative to the NekoJB jailbreak. While you can install Saurik’s original Cydia via NekoJB, it’s outdated and no longer updated by Saurik.

Cydia 2 is a modified, updated version of the classic Cydia. NekoJB users can opt for Cydia 2 instead of Saurik’s version. Like the original, Cydia 2 supports adding repositories and installing tweaks through its package manager.

NekoJB is a successful jailbreaking tool, but it supports only limited iOS versions and requires system root access.
